WELCOME!

This blog shares the happenings of Chris, Lacey and Reese O'Donnell. We didn't used to have that much to say about ourselves which is why posts were few and far between, but now we have a little person that will give us a lot to talk about. The blog will also feature Lacey's Random Finds - event planning, paper love, pretty crafty things, etc.

ENJOY!

First REAL Bath

Ok, so I have posted three first bath photos. But there have been three first baths - 1st at hospital, 1st sponge at home, and now 1st real - in her tub - bath.

She loved it. She was very relaxed and liked having the water splashed up on her. Her darling whale bathtub came with a little fish scoop/sprinkler that you can use to shower water.

Hipster Baby

Chris and I bought this cardigan in a vintage store in Seattle. We LOVED it at the time, and love it even more on Baby Buddy.

Reese Meets Her Boyfriend

Our dear friends the Cook's came over on Saturday night and we were able to finally introduce Reese to their son Kellan, who may or may not be her boyfriend. Kellan was born in July and it was amazing to see the difference in these two, just four months apart. We know the differences will narrow as they both grow and we can't wait for them to play together.

We take photos EVERY DAY (ok, multiple times a day). Here are some fun randoms - more in the next post too.

Unique Christmas Ornament

Our Grandpa Jay (that's Grandpa Great to Reese) is spending his first Christmas in his new apartment. For his tree, our cousin organized the family and asked all of the great grandkids to send an ornament. Some people got ornaments that reminded them of Grandpa and others got ornaments that represented them. Since Reese is the youngest (by a lot) we decided that one of her pacifiers would make a great ornament. But let's be honest, I couldn't just do a plain binki - so I glittered it. I absolutely love how it turned out and might have to make another one for our tree!

Here we are...she looks like she belongs to us, eh?

And one of her and Mama too.
